Internal Employees
Do not use MEID or MCCCD credentials.
Always log in using internal Rio credentials as listed below:
1.) Reset Portal Login Session
2.) Log in:
Username: internal\firstname.lastname
Password: Your Computer Login Password
Adjunct Faculty
1.) Reset Portal Login Session
2.) Log in:
Username: external\MEID
Password: Your MEID password
Public Service Employees
Are you an employee in the Public Service division?
1.) Reset Portal Login Session
2.) Log in:
Username: Your MEID
Password: Your MEID password
District-wide Employees (outside of Rio)
1.) Reset Portal Login Session
2.) Log in:
Username: MCCCD-org\firstname.lastname
Password: Your MEID password
