Welcome to Essential Reading. This course has been designed to enable you to focus your learning on specific areas of improvement. Unlike a typical college course where you would complete lessons in chronological order, this course allows you to focus on just specific skills. Each module includes the following:

Focuses on what you will be learning in the lesson -

Includes the objectives and what you will be learning within the lesson -
Presentation and Practice
Provides information and practice activities that cover the topics you will learn in the lesson -
Summarizing your Learning
Wraps up what you have learned within the lesson -
Assessing your Learning
Includes assignments you will complete to see how much you have learned

Before selecting a module title to begin you will need to complete the Syllabus Acknowledgement. Make sure that you complete the syllabus acknowledgement by Day 5. Failure to do so could result in being automatically withdrawn from this course for non-participation. Select a module title to begin.
