A school’s representative or other authorized person may not make a misrepresentation about:

• Scholarship offers to pay all or part of a course charge;
• Whether a particular charge is the customary charge for a course at that school;
• A program’s cost and the school’s refund policy if a student does not complete that program;
• The availability or nature of any financial assistance offered to students, including the student’s responsibility to repay loans;
• The student’s right to reject any sort of financial aid, or whether the student must apply for such aid.
