In the course of asking Edna about the program, one such prospect inquires whether he may obtain a full refund of his tuition if he decides the program is not for him. Edna does not know the answer; but she nevertheless assures him that he can obtain a full refund any time during the semester. In fact, under Acme’s tuition refund policy, a student is not entitled to a refund of any portion of the tuition after the fifth week of the term.
