A school’s representative or other authorized person may not make a misrepresentation about:

• The school’s relationship with any organization, employment agency, or other agency providing training for employment;
• The school’s plans to maintain a placement service for graduates or otherwise assist them to obtain employment;
• Whether the school is offering employment, or that a talent hunt is being conducted, using phrases like “Men/women wanted to train for ***” or “Business opportunities.”
• Government job market statistics in relation to the potential placement of graduates;
• Other requirements (such as licenses or permits) generally needed for employment in the fields where the school offers training, and failing to disclose factors that would prevent an applicant from meeting those requirements.
