The Certificate of Completion (CCL) in Educational Construction Trades Partnership: Plumbing, Commercial and Residential program is designed to provide knowledge safety and skills in the plumbing construction trade. This program reinforces common construction skills to include use of tools, adherence to safety and codes, and reading construction drawings. It offers further instruction and practice in commercial and specialty plumbing, to include work in piping systems; water resource solutions; water disposal systems; and plumbing fixtures and appliances. Students can seek employment as plumbing technicians on residential and commercial job sites.

This program is offered through an educational partnership. Employment by the partnership organization is required for admission.
This program is not eligible for Title IV Federal Financial Aid.
Students must earn a grade of C or better in all courses within the program.
- Practice Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards in daily work.
- Explain the interrelationships among the construction trades.
- Explain the implications of working in construction trades.
- Use, maintain and secure materials, tools and equipment according to professional standards.
- Maintain the work space according to professional standards.
- Implement construction plans to perform a task.
- Apply calculations in commercial and residential plumbing applications.
- Determine size, types, and service requirements of pipe systems using appropriate codes and tools.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of water disposal and drainage systems.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances, fixtures, and gas piping according to codes and specifications.
- Describe water supply treatment, filtration systems, and sustainable water practices.
- Demonstrate efficient and quality work.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Effectively work within a team structure.
- Demonstrate professionalism with conduct and ethics.
