Communiveristy at Queen Creek
The Communiversity at Queen Creek serves as a regional hub for East Valley communities and employers, providing accessible, flexible, and affordable higher education to meet the needs of today’s students. Adult Education
Rio Salado College (RSC) at Luke Air Force Base (Luke AFB) is a military installation. Access is restricted to Department of Defense- (DoD) affiliated individuals and U.S. citizens who have been individually issued base access passes. Luke AFB policy allows enrolled students who provide appropriate identification to obtain a pass for the duration of their course. This process is initiated through the Rio Salado-Luke office and requires the approval of Luke Security Forces.
Questions regarding base access for non-DoD affiliated civilians should be referred to the Rio-Luke offices at 623-856-3239 or 480-377-4010.
*All tests must conclude by 5 p.m.
Additional Services
Testing at Luke AFB is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays by Appointment. Walk-ins are welcomed based on availability. To request a testing session, please complete our online request form.
Complete general education requirements towards your Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) degree with Rio Salado through the Rio Salado College Gem Plan.

SPOT 127, KJZZ’s Youth Media Center, empowers teens to discover and craft their voices by teaching them digital media skills. We continuously innovate our award-winning services to meet the needs of our communities through in-school, after-school, and summer programs for teens. SPOT 127 LLC is a qualifying Charitable Tax Organization, which means Arizona taxpayers may contribute and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit on their taxes.
