Verify Student Identity
To qualify for certain benefits, you are required to submit a copy of a valid form of identification (ID). The documentation table below lists acceptable documents you can use to verify your identity. You can submit your identity verification documents using e-forms.

Students Living in Arizona
Verification of U.S. citizenship or lawful presence is required by the state of Arizona to be eligible for in-state tuition rates.
MCCCD Domicile Affidavit
A one-year residency requirement is enforced in order for a student to be classified as an in-state student for tuition purposes. There are two forms to choose from: Independent Student, Dependent Student (dependents of parent or spouse) or Veteran Students.

Verification documents must be submitted in color (not black or white). The expected processing time is 3-5 business days.
