Are you a visionary and a hard worker interested in starting a small business? Join us for Maricopa Entrepreneur Days, a series of in-person and virtual events on Wednesdays from Aug. 31-Dec. 14. You will learn about scholarships for entrepreneurs and small business owners that can be used for entrepreneurial studies or small business management courses at the Maricopa Community Colleges. The series is presented by the AZSBDC Network.
By attending this event you will learn about:
- Scholarships: Learn about scholarships available for students in Entrepreneurial Studies and Small Business Management courses at any of the 10 Maricopa Community Colleges. A Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation staff member will be available to help you apply for scholarships during the event.
- Courses & Programs: Hear from Maricopa Community College staff and faculty about Entrepreneurial Studies and Small Business Management courses and programs, outcomes, and opportunities. Apply for admissions and enroll in courses with dedicated staff on-site to help!
- Community Resources: Discover the available community resources for entrepreneurs and how you can get involved today.
Event Details
Rio Salado will host one of the events Wednesday, Oct. 19 and will be streamed virtually for those who cannot attend. The schedule for Rio's event is:
10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Rio Salado Employees
12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. Rio Salado Dual Enrollment Students
5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Rio Salado College Students
All other events will take place from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on the following dates and locations and will be streamed virtually for those who cannot attend.:
