Earning your associate degree at Rio Salado College and then transferring to a university can make your bachelor's degree affordable. By starting at Rio Salado, you can earn an associate degree at community college pricing, and then transfer those credits to a 4-year institution to complete the final two years of a degree program. Rio Salado has transfer agreements with the three public universities in Arizona as well as more than 40 other institutions.

Meet Alyssa Bickle
Alyssa Bickle enrolled in Rio Salado College’s Achieving a College Education (ACE) program when she was in high school, leading her to accumulate credits that she transferred to Arizona State University in 2020.
“The online aspect of Rio’s program appealed to me as I was a cross country and track athlete in high school and didn't have time to attend classes in-person. I just finished up my third year at ASU, where I am pursuing bachelor’s degrees in journalism and mass communication and political science, and a minor in urban and metropolitan studies.”
