October 10 is World Mental Health Day! Each year the World Federation for Mental Health (WFHM) holds a day of recognition and awareness-raising on the importance of mental health care. The theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day is “It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace.”

At Rio Salado College, we strongly believe in the importance of promoting good mental health through our four practices of engagement: mindfulness, empathy, happiness, and resilience.
