You will need to complete the Financial Responsibility/Consent Form that includes FERPA and Proxy information. FERPA allows student information to be released to parents and guardians. Proxy allows parents or guardians to register students in dual and/or concurrent enrollment courses. To grant access to your parent or guardian, registered students can click below and sign in with their MEID and password. A Parent/Guardian electronic signature is required to complete the form.
