Business Services is a multi-faceted department providing quality, courteous and timely services related to the procurement of all college funds while effectively responding to changing operational needs through:

  • Budget management and controls
  • Centralized purchasing and receiving
  • Fiscal services
  • Interpreting & communicating business policies and procedures
  • P-card coordination
  • Office supplies
  • Travel assistance

The Business Services department strives to help internal customers identify, select, and acquire quality goods and services at competitive prices, and provide responsive and responsible services while continuously improving accounting and financial services. In addition, Business Services is dedicated to supporting the college mission and goals by ensuring that financial resources are managed responsibly and used to provide educational services.
