Maintenance and Operations (M&O) is responsible for keeping Rio Salado’s buildings, environment and systems running smoothly! Specifically, M&O oversees Rio’s facilities and their supporting infrastructure and utility systems, while adhering to the important principles of sustainability.

M&O work hard to be as cost effective as possible. Recycling, reusing and energy smart choices such as CFL and LED bulbs are just a few of the ways we keep cost low, efficiency high and the environment safer. All of this is done while meeting the comfort, safety and health requirements of the Rio family.
